Summary: Very nice hotel, clean accommodating housekeepers, good variety at breakfast (although the hardboiled eggs tasted nasty, almost pickled). However, 1st of 2 rooms didn't meet accessibility needs (no grab bars near the shower when it was supposed to be a mobility accessible room). That was corrected on night #2. 2nd room was decent but they had to have the guest relocate to another room during the stay. Hotel had been prepayed via Hotels.com but the hotel still charged her incidentals card so now we've paid TWICE for the room. She's been hung up on multiple times while trying to fix the issue. She disputed payment via her credit card.

Summary: Cute and clean, no frills and friendly experience. It was perfect for a short stay amidst travelling. It’s like a tiny home experience in a hotel. Only disappointment was the breakfast, requiring us to microwave eggs if we wanted them.
