Positive: The location, check in online and breakfast , fridge and microwave in the room

Negative: Not knowing how to work the tv, being put across from the elevator , the lady at check out seemed aloof , trying to get to the airport you have to drive down a long street to turn around

Positive: staff was less than personable. Expected a more professional attitude, Morning staff was better. There was no extra blankets. the breakfast bar was poorly stocked. I think the attendant did the best she could with what she had to work with. Huge language barrier, spoke little to no english. A more professional training session should be in order.
