Summary: The motel was wonderful except upon arrival they informed us the swimming pool was not available because it needed servicing. We had only made the reservation two nights beforehand and that was one of the reasons we stayed there is because they had a pool as we were with grandchildren And that’s what they wanted to do. They had announcements to that effect in frames mounted in the elevator, which led me to believe that swimming pool has been out of order for a long time which as I said, is one of the only reasons we stayed there

Summary: Room was great. Staff was very nice. Thought it was odd that we had to request a key to access the pool and that the key deactivated after a hour. Hot tub was also out of order. Pool was nice to swim in - just thought the key part was weird.

Summary: The design of the room is very thoughtful. Have enough outlets for our devices. Wish that the breakfast includes protein like eggs and sausage etc.

Summary: When I visit Vernal, I choose microtel every time. They are clean, quiet, and the room is always clean no matter which floor I'm assigned. The breakfast is decent with pancakes or waffles, cereal, fruit, and an assortment of bread and pastries.
