Summary: Has everything you need but it’s right next to a gas station and a motel 6. Loud traffic but we got use to it. There is big carpet that smells like fragrance but that died down too. Need a fan in second bedroom. Host was very quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Summary: We stayed here two nights while we explored Dinosaur National Monument and the surrounding areas. The house was small but had everything we needed for our family of six. The home was extremely clean and the washer and dryer were so helpful! The owners were also incredibly responsive to the messages I sent (I don’t think I waited more than 90 seconds for a response ever!). The only suggestion I would make is to possibly consider adding blackout curtains to the bedroom windows. There was quite a bit of light from the street and surrounding buildings that shined through the light filtering blinds. Nevertheless, I would absolutely recommend this rental and would gladly stay here again if we found ourselves in the area! ☺️

Summary: This property was a great home away from home. It had all the amenities of home. Great washer & dryer! Having a water access & a hose was great for the kids' water toys. The main areas of the house stayed cool. The property has a fan that we used for the kids' room. Unfortunately, our room stayed stuffy even with windows cracked to pull the air. It was easy to make ourselves at home & truly enjoyed how close everything was! When we come back to Vernal we would love to stay again!

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay for a family. The house is nice and cosy, the location is great, it is private and has everything. The kitchen has all one might need, the owners really think of everything. There are also board games and toys for kids, a map of the area and trip suggestions. Wifi works well. There are multiple shops and restaurants in walkable distance. The backyard is great for kids to run around. We are a family of 5 and we had a great time at this place. It is a wonderful starting point for the Dinosaur Monument and other natural wonders around.

Summary: What a great place, right in the heart of vernal and close to everything. Place was clean and had everything we needed to make an amazing multi day jeep trip with this as our base camp. We'll be booking again for sure! thanks, Anne and RJ
