Summary: Is clean. No lifts. No soap to wash hands unless from Dispenser on shower. Poor lighting.No cup/glass to even take a medicine. No kettle. Very loud until exactly 1am when the bar ( which is nice!!) closes. Staff is kind. Is not value for money

Summary: Lovely big rooms that are in little bungalows. The pizza at the onsite restaurant is amazing. Staff are so kind and remember you! Amazing front desk guy who helped me with my suitcase as there are some stairs but he makes sure you have a wonderful stay in Miami. Location is walkable if you’re happy to walk over the bridge and I enjoyed the ease of finding places to go.

Summary: Very unique and quaint hotel. Caution, there are no elevators, so book accordingly. The front desk graciously exchanged our 3rd story room for a ground floor. My sister and I are nearly 70 yrs. old, so that would have been impossible to climb three flights, especially with luggage. I would love to go back, but next time I am reserving a suite! There is no coffee available anywhere in the hotel, but there is a cafe one block down and over that has delicious (Cuban) coffee and breakfast.

Summary: Really helpful staff, the property was spotless and our room was clean and a decent size. There wait aircon but unable to control from the room. It would have been nicer to have it colder at night but that’s my personal preference. The park nearby was really nice and we walked everywhere. It took us 40 mins to walk to downtown.

Summary: Hotel was fine for one night stay before a cruise. Unfortunately, no one told us that they had a very pleasant patio with pizza oven. That would've been a delightful way to spend an evening if we had known about it. We unfortunately drove into downtown Miami just to get a small bite to eat before leaving the hotel. We also had difficulty communicating with the hotel as we lost an item and we're hoping that they would be trying to call to us after leaving two messages. we did finally reach the hotel and we're notified that our item had been lost. You must also keep in mind that this hotel has no elevator so if you have a heavy suitcase or two, that may be a problem if you're on the second or in our case, the third floor. On a positive note, there were too nice young woman working the front desk that were kind enough to let us access the hotels printer so we could print our luggage tags for the cruise line.
