Summary: Parking was fine… got to room and checked in at 4.. was told by guest before us to check the room really good… got a room on first floor, looked over everything and seemed fine, left for dinner and to see how to get to port, got back to room after dark…. Roaches were out and active… NOPE… luckily found a room on 4th floor that was clean clean… but never again… staff was really good about getting us a room after I viewed it, but roaches is a NO GO for me

Summary: Filthy. Worn and ragged. Smells old and musty this place should be shut down. Globs of caulking around the bathroom with hair stuck in it. Filthy.

Summary: The room was musty, toilet seat was falling off, bathroom counter was visually bending in the middle. The hallway to the room had a bad scent too.

Summary: Many issues with the condition of the room (broken door handle upon arrival but fixed by maintenance). Broken chair, jacuzzi tub doesn't work but in the room photo. Balcony was cluttered with cigarette butts.
