WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 1 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Summary: This is a great place for someone who wants to enjoy the outdoors . Close to the water and the visitors center. Check in text message concerning codes and entry door was confusing and should be reworked . Besides that I enjoyed everything! Thank you.

Summary: Property was nice and organized. It is not very large but we adapted. All items you need are there. Parking was great and it is close to everything you would want The TV with only Roku was not very friendly. Eliminate Roku and get plain cable. That would be much much better

Summary: Accommodations great. Access to HI Fishing Center and was able to rent boat slip so I did not have to put boat back on trailer until I was checking out.
