Positive: The complimentary breakfast had many choices and all were fresh and hot. Coffee and juice refills were offered many times by staff walking around the breakfast area. The location is very convenient for us as we were going to the Cook Count Saloon which was only a couple of blocks away. The valet parking was wonderful and priced fairly. The delivery of the car on morning checkout was prompt.

Negative: On the weekends there is a bit of traffic noise issue on Whyte Ave., but earplugs are placed in the room. We ask for a room in the back of the hotel to lessen this. this request has always been fulfilled.

Positive: Location and staff knowledge of amenities. Breakfast was great too.

Negative: Heating thermostat did not turn heat off; had to turn system completely off
