Positive: Very friendly staff - a special shoutout & thank you to Robert which made our stay from A to Z perfect! And also, a huge thanks to Kamal the strong man who helped us with our heavy backpacks and found the correct departure terminal!! Moreover, great breakfast, clean and very comfortable mattress, location right in the green (Fort Canning park). We will come back here- simply a 10/10 experience!

Negative: A/C was quite loud even on the lowest set mode.

Positive: Newly refurbished, amazing gym, beautiful pool, comfortable loungers, very comfortable rooms. Boutique style with relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant service and excellent value. The location in Canning Park means you are in a quiet oasis but within a close distance of everything the city has to offer

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like

Positive: Decoration, ambiance and the excellent services given by the staff members. Great swimming pools. L’Amo Bistro is excellent. Fort Canning Park near by is an additional charm of the Hotel.

Negative: Some parts of the floor have slightly raised slopes, lifts are quite dark inside.
