Positive: Everything. Harry "upgraded" me to an apartment closer to amenities. Eateries basically out the front door. Supermarkets within walking distance. As well as public transport. The apartment was perfect.

Negative: No touristy brochures of local attractions, etc. No real complaints other than I wish I'd have stayed longer.

Positive: Location was good. Host was good also.

Negative: The tv was not smart but in your site it was showing me that it was. Cause my toddler need some screen time mainly youtube but there was not. Satellite chanel was not providing any cartoons. Furniture was almost old and sofa was smelly need a upgraded ones. Mattress were uncomfortable, spring was almost hitting my back. And in your site the extra mattress charge was supposed to be $10 per night but they charged me $50 for 2 nights.

Summary: Location wise is so good but the stuff inside the apartment was not that good. Need more modernisation.

Negative: No air conditioning that I could find on very hot day. Almost no information for finding food or place to eat on a Sunday.

Summary: Excellent facilities, but I went hungry without a car.

Positive: Its a great location,very close to eating and shops. I would say it is good value for money being so central

Negative: the rubbish bin was full with the last persons rubbish when we arrived which was a bit off putting but there was a rubbish disposal shoot in the hallway so easily solved

Positive: We liked the spacious and secure apartment. The inclusion of a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner was helpful. Initially, the apartment was in a quiet location. Unfortunately, Canberra has major roadworks being implemented which meant there was noise all night for at least two nights.

Negative: I was disappointed in the level of cleanliness. The interior of both the fridge and the microwave needed to be wiped clean before they could be used. I found long, black hairs left in the washing machine, in the kitchen and on the bedroom carpet.

Summary: Disappointing.
