Summary: I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed my stay. It is consistently quiet and very clean. This time around, however, we were disappointed with the bed, it was very uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well during our stay. We stay in room 20. The room does need some minor upgrades, like pealing paint in the shower and upgraded showerhead but overall for the price, location and cleanliness - I'd stay again hoping for a better bed :)

Summary: We went for a last minute trip and needed a place to stay. We'd heard good things about this place. They called after i booked to make sure we were able to get into our room, as the office wasn't going to be open by the time we got there. Easy instructions, VERY comfortable bed (I was delighted!), and great location out of town, but close enough to walk over the bridge to Winthrop. Decently priced, we will stay again.

Summary: Got there at 9pm. No reception at check in, just an envelope with my name taped to the door with a receipt and our room # with key code. Got to the room and tv did not work. No one to call to come fix it. Sink drain was plugged. It was clean and nice but not worth $269 a night.

Summary: The room was very nice and clean. When we arrived, the transition piece on the tile/wood floor was not secured to the track, the sink stopper was not installed, and the sink drain was very slow. In spite of these things, the room was very nice and the location was great. The breakfast was perfect for us. The bed was a little to stiff for us, but we would still stay there again.

Summary: We had a nice stay here. It would have been nice to have our room serviced at least a bit. I think they would have done it if we had asked - but I don't think we should have to ask. Great location, comfortable room. Beautiful area.
