Positive: A nice location outside of the touristy areas. It was great to come back to the beautiful pool each day. Tasty food in the restaurant.

Summary: We had a really nice stay highlighted by the groundskeeper passing us a freshly picked melon.

Positive: Location was good for beaches of ksamil and butrint (half an hour away), as well as the blue eye (15 mins away). Very clean room and other facilities. View from the pool was fantastic.

Negative: We stayed for a week and the breakfast served (one plain omelette with albanian petulla) was the same every single day. A choice or some variety would have greatly improved the stay. Pool was very cold in May - fine for adults but less great for kids (I'd estimate around 20C). The swing set on site was used by our kids but we were very worried when they were on it - it was shaking perilously and didn't look well enough anchored to the ground to be safe. There was inconsistency with what was offered by the hotel for free and what needed to be paid for - some staff would give us bottles of water for free and top ups of coffee at breakfast, others were insistent that these were paid extra for. We had a problem on the first night with our restaurant bill - they initially gave us someone else's bill (double ours). When we queried it they immediately changed it to our bill, but then the prices for some things were more expensive than the menu and there was some aggravation over whether we would pay the more expensive prices. Eventually it was settled in our favour but it spoilt the experience a bit and made us reluctant to return, despite the serving staff apologising the next day. The superior chalet, which sleeps 4, is small and would be much better suited for 2, and there is only seating and space for two on the outside area, making it somewhat useless if there are four of you.

Summary: We enjoyed our week but lots of things could be improved to make this much better.

Positive: The service and the staff were very nice. Infrastructure is new and rooms have AC, and sealed windows. Pool and Garten are well maintained. Parking is very easy. They have access to river in the back part. One cat, one dog and chickens are fun for kids. We got and upgrade to the Delux room, including a crib.

Positive: New property quite well located since it is close to many attractions. Cabins are quite comfortable for their size and food in the restaurant is really tasty.

Negative: Staff not professional, a bit lost sometimes and with misunderstandings between them in front of everyone. They do accept credit card but will pretty much force you to pay cash. From one day to another they decided to charge 10% extra for credit card payments and also wanted to charge more euros -widely accepted in the whole country always with the same exchange rate- without prior notice. Nice place overall but not really prepared for the customer service.

Positive: Nice and quiet. Cozy environment. Good food. Bali for money

Negative: Airconditioner was too cold for us even though we had a higher temperature. Still som construction was made as the resort is expanding . But we stayed 1 night and was not bothered at all
