Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at mateo apartments The place is new, clean, luxurious, and very well equipped. The location is excellent and convenient, and everything was well maintained and spotless. The host was simply above and beyond – very kind, available, and attentive to every little detail. He did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, new place in an excellent location! ❤️

Positive: The property was new, clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our four night stay. It is in the quieter area of town and that suited us quite nicely. Great communication from the host as he ensured our stay was the best it could be. He even gave us extra coffee pods! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and is well equipped. The air conditioning is great and the space has two ac units.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: Would highly recommend Mateo Apartments to anyone staying in Sirandë. It felt like a home away from home.

Positive: Rinush the host is very nice. We contacted on WhatsApp. Very clean apartment with great facilities. We stayed 4 nights in July 2026, 2 adults and 2 kids. Very close to the beach, convenient parking in the building. 20 meters from a supermarket where you can buy groceries.
Negative: The walk to the center (promenade) of sarande takes about 30 min by foot (about 3 km) . The elevator is a bit small, but 4 people can fit tightly

Positive: Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It was in pristine condition, beautifully maintained and so spotless that I genuinely felt like I was the very first guest to stay there. The location was perfect, close to lovely places to visit, with a beautiful sea view that made the stay even more special. Rinush was an outstanding host, very kind, friendly and genuinely helpful. He treated us with so much warmth and care, and made us feel completely welcome from the moment we arrived.
Negative: Nothing at all. Honestly, everything was perfect and I could not have asked for a better stay considering the fact that I have a high taste.

Positive: Runish was an amazing host, he was trying his best to make us feel at home. The flat was spacious and sunny, comfortable bed, left us with some natural cosmetics.. We appreciated the washing machine.
Negative: Nothing. Maybe I would put more equipment to the kitchen (maybe a small pot if you want to cook only two eggs..) The parking was there, but it was challenging for us, so we better used the one of the hotel nearby..
