Summary: We loved staying at this property. Great location for us to visit our daughter going to school. However, lots of noise in the unit above us. Some type of party. Wasn’t out of control but definitely noisy. Other than that, property was perfect!

Summary: Great property and location. The buildings in the complex are a bit older, but well maintained. This unit was very spacious and in excellent shape. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to make for a very convenient stay. Definitely met our expectations, we’ll be booking here again on our next trip to Durango.

Summary: Loved the place! Exactly as it looked in the pictures, very nice. Comfy beds and super close to downtown Durango! Very convenient! Only problem was that we couldn’t find any of the “pool towels” but we ended up bringing our own anyways for the hot springs, so it’s really not enough to matter!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect stay for wife and me. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths so we were able to spread out. Very comfortable king bed. Clean. Great location. Couldn't ask for anything better. Only minor issue was upstairs occupant walked across the floor all day. Began at 6:00 am and ended at 10:00 pm. I think they were trying to get their 10,000 steps in inside their apartment. Certainly not our host's fault, however. Great stay; highly recommend.
