Positive: The hotel has a wonderful old world charm that also has a fresh and modern feel. The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful, friendly and sincere in their interactions with us. We would love to go back again.

Negative: Room was fairly warm ( did find a fan to use ), pillows were very soft. ( we prefer harder pillows)
