Positive: Good location, nice house

Negative: When we arrived at the house, it was over 80°. We programmed the temp to 75° and it took over 2 hours to cool down. We left the temp at 72° the next day and it was back over 80° when we returned from our afternoon out.

Positive: Really easy to communicate with the owner, good size fridge tvs in each room with cable and internet comfy queen beds and spacious home. Very cozy, ceiling fans in the bed rooms were great large microwave nice dishwasher, they provided washer and dryer, a large back yard, shady front patio, commute to the beach was nice large shower, loved the flooring of this home. Don't need to clean bc the cleaning is done by their staff. Amazing experience over all would consider going again. 😃

Negative: The ac freezes below 72, had night sweats, could use some updated pots and pans. Could use a ceiling fan in the living room. It's too humid outside to not have one. 1st toilet wobbles & door of the refrigerator doesn't close the 1st time 🙊
