Positive: Loved the location you could sit on the balcony and watch boats and yachts coming in, while you were enjoying a drink and a snack. Convenient for beaches, 2 steps to the cocktail bar, 10 steps to the bakery and coffee, and tavernas, atm very close.

Negative: Spiral staircase to the top floor where the bedroom and balcony is were only a little problematic at night when you needed to go to the toilet which was downstairs but I would overlook everything because I love, lived the location.

Summary: Had a wonderful, enjoyable stay ❤️

Positive: The location right by the water with the bedroom french windows opening onto a balcony over the sea was absolutely gorgeous. It was very special in the early morning watching the sun rise from the bed and listening to the gentle sound of the waves.

Negative: There was a feint smell of cigarettes so as a non smoker it was a bit annoying. The property is located between two fantastic and friendly bars which are very popular (and quite noisy), so I would recommend a pair of ear plugs if you are not a night owl....

Summary: Absolutely fabulous location for the sun rise, views of the bay/sea and proximity to local bars!

Positive: Fabulous location with stunning view. Great balcony for relaxing on. Comfy bed.

Negative: The shower being in with the toilet was a little odd, although the shower itself was good. Wi-Fi was a little intermittent. Some late night noise from Rocher bar, but ok if the door was shut.
