Positive: Unique hotel, full of surprising and lovely touches. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Location is great - very close to the centre. Lovely bar area and many choices of tables for breakfast inside the bar, on the balcony, or in the delightful courtyard.

Negative: Nothing to say.

Positive: The artistic designs and unique murals. I had a wonderful private balcony that was shaded.

Negative: Parking is confusing but you can park on the roads right next to the building. The AC was either too cold or too hot. AC blew on bed and was too cold.

Positive: What a special place! It is one of the best i ever was after visiting almost 40 countrys. It is a combination of traditional, funky/funny, antique, quirky, industrial and traditional design and with attention to every detail. It exeded all my expertations. In this hotel you will find comfort and luxury everywhere. There are several corners with cosy chairs, woodfires to make you feel at home and comfortable.. There is also a nice garden to relax! Our room was big, whit a good and big balcony with a roof. Our room was minimal 60 m2 with all the comfort you can imagine. The bed was sleeping very well. The bathroom had a rain shower with a lot of presure wich was amazing. The mosaic tiles where great. We had a very warm welcomming of one of the staff. He was very kind and does everything in his power to make it a stay we never forget. He provided us a guide to make a very good tour through the villages. Highly recommended. So iff you looking for a amazing experience dont hesitate! Also this beautiful cultural city with a lot of musea and beautiful architecture and good restaurants is worth it to visite. The location is strategic to visit a lot of culture and nature!

Positive: Clean, quiet, very spacious room. Super comfortable bed with plush covers and good pillows. Wonderful enclosed rain shower with good pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. Plenty of space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Easy parking next to the building and a short walk to the central sightseeing area. Excellent communication via WhatsApp with the staff before arrival. No elevator but the very helpful staff was more than willing to carry luggage up the steps. Klajdi at reception was super throughout our stay. Lovely breakfast. Reasonable price.

Negative: The extremely stiff towels made drying off after a shower like using a loofah! Despite this small issue, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Positive: This was such a beautiful place, and the staff was truly so kind. I don't think you can get better service than this! The room was very beautiful and exceptionally spacious. You could really see the attention to detail, like the stunning handmade sink, the colors, the lovely tiled floor, and the lighting. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you so much!!
