Positive: We had a pristine and brand new apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located right in the center, 1 minute from the Old Bazaar and 2 minutes from the Resurrection of Christ Orthodox Cathedral Katedralja Ortodokse "Ringjallja e Krishtit", right in the heart of the city.
Negative: There is nothing to dislike.

Positive: A straight 10 out of 10. Quite stylish and spacious apartment, equipped with everything we needed, parking in front of the house, good shower, comfy beds, friendly welcome and literally 1 minute walk from the main pedestrian zone. Very professionally managed, everything was just perfect.
Negative: If anything (and if that's of interest for others): the curtains in the bedroom don't block light very well and the view out of the windows isn't really great.
