Positive: The owner was very friendly and it was good for a one night stay. We booked the day before and they were ready to accept us. We found a place to park on the street rather quickly. The shower had a good high pressure.

Negative: I think it’s a bit expensive for what you get. The room is small. The bathroom is very small and not comfortable to use - can’t sit normally on the toilet, small sink, nowhere to put your towel when you shower. And the shower was broken, but the owner apologized and said they would fix it. You could also hear the other guests’ bathroom, conversation and baby.

Positive: The guest house is great value for money and in a great location. The room was spacious and clean but a little dated. When we arrive we went to the shop under the guest house to check in and get the key and the gentleman took us to the room and shown us round, he was very helpful. There is free Wi-Fi in the room with strong signal. The room had a private small, adequate shower room and toilet. The views from the room were good but there is a communal terrace which has great views of the Fort/Castle. I would definitely recommend this place if your on a budget as it is great value.

Negative: There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is a shared kettle you have access to.
