Positive: Highlights: • The apartment is recently renovated, with modern furniture, and it looks exactly like in the photos. • Very spacious and comfortable for 3 people. • Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. • The private parking space is a big plus. • There's a convenience store right at the ground floor of the building, which is very handy — and it's open 24/7, which makes it even more convenient.

Negative: Things that could be improved: • The bathroom doesn’t have a shower cabin, so water tends to get all over the floor. Also, the drain doesn’t work very well, and water remains in the bathroom for quite some time. • The cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved. • The kitchen is nicely designed but not very well equipped. There's no small pot to heat anything, and the only available cookware is a small pan, which isn’t sufficient if you want to cook something quickly.
