Positive: It was a great location with great halal food choices nearby. There was good amenities as well

Negative: Upon arrival, the room was not clean, there was a bunch of hair all over the floor. After informing the staff, it was still not clean the rest of our 3 night stay. The staff was not helpful or well-trained when needing help as well. Definitely not good value for the amount we spent. There needs to be better management with cleaning of rooms and checking in/out.

Summary: Not good value for money. Rooms not clean to standard.

Negative: Room could do with a bit of a Reno. A bit tired. When you check-in and you are given access to the sports club, staff need to tell guests that they need to become a member to the club to get discounts. This was not shared with us

Positive: Good location. Close to public transport. Decent size rooms. Helpful staff. Plenty of food options in the facility and free parking

Negative: The housekeeping was almost non existent. Bare minimum was done. The bathroom was not clean. The rooms were not vacuumed and sheets were not changed. The beds were made up dismally on the days that it was done.
