Summary: Safe in room was temperamental. Had dinner in Spike Bar 1st night (Sunday) as closed 2nd night. Food was good; however found service of staff lacking. They brought starter & mains at same time. Almost as though they wanted you in & out as quickly as possible. Good breakfast. Signage for hotel from main road extremely poor. Would I return - unlikely.

Summary: The fridge in the room wasn't working and no one tried to fix the problem went the issue was raised. I couldn't have my drinks filled during my stay. Also, on the very last day, the fire alarm went off at 6am. There was no staff on site at the time but one staff arrived after everyone was outside of the building. When the fire brigade arrived they couldn't access the controls as the staff member that has just arrived didn't have the master key. I felt that it was a fire hazard oversight and felt unsafe to stay there.
