Summary: Great staff, very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Appreciated the underground parking.

Summary: A very nice stay in Biel. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided extra towels and coffee pods on request and the staff were very helpful. The only small issue was the sauna was not working properly as there was low heat but otherwise the stay was very good.

Summary: It is a great hotel… What I was missing was softer pillow, beside the relatively hard pillows… The price was definitely on the high side!!!
