Summary: The team tries hard, but they are very limited in number and errands like fixing a hairdryer simply don’t happen. Room smelled mold. Noisy bar in front. Shallow pillows. Ultra expensive breakfast.

Summary: Nobody at the reception desk on arrival. No parking facilities so had to use a multi storey car park which was difficult to find and very expensive Rooms were superb
