Summary: Very nice hotel - friendly check-in staff. Good and spacius rooms. Restaurant service was poor and slow - they need attention to details - like cleaning of tables, taking orders in a timely manner. Food was good. Service needs to improve. Pool and sauna - they were nice and clean.

Summary: Great place to stay in Grenoble, quiet area and yet very accessible. Very clean and nice. The staff everywhere (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) were all really nice and helpful with no exception. Will definitely stay here again
