Modern 3 bedroom rammed earth house, ideal for families looking for a quiet location on a large 3/4 acre block, close to town and only 10 minutes to beautiful beaches and world-renowned wineries.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are large spaces with Queen size beds, chest of drawers, side tables and hanging rack.
Bedroom 3 has three king single beds (two in bunk beds) with a pull-out single trundle bed available.
All bedrooms have reverse cycle (heating and cooling) air conditioning.
The kitchen, dining and lounge are open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave, gas oven and cook-top, and all the cooking utensils you need to self-cater with ease. Children's utensils, cups and crockery is available.
The dining areas has a large 8 seat Marri dining table. A high chair is available.
The lounge has two very comfortable leather couches right in front of the wood fire and large flat screen TV/DVD player. There is a great selection of DVDs available.
The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge makes for a great holiday feel.
The wood fire heater in the lounge room is perfect for those winter nights in front of the TV watching a movie or laying back to read a good book.
The bathroom has a large, deep bath with separate shower. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The laundry has a large front loading washing machine and large clothes dryer, with an iron and ironing board.
Leading out from the lounge is the Outdoor area with view of the large trees surrounding the property and has 6 seat table and gas BBQ around the side area.
Carport provides cover for two cars but there is plenty of space to park more cars.

Summary: Great location. Our UK visitors were welcomed by kangaroos in the front garden and birds singing in the trees which made their trip to Australia even more memorable. Close to town, beaches, restaurants, vineyards and all major attractions.
