Our place it's located in a 3 apartament house in city center.We finish to renovate the 104 square meters apartament in mai 2016,and we use high quality materials,marble,travertine,custom made furniture for kitchen and bedrooms,mattress with 5 cm memory foam,wood fireplace.Open kitchen with dishwasher,washing machine with dryer,coffee machine,fully equipped wit all necessary for leaving.One big bathroom with walk in shower, toilet,sink and mirror and a smaller one with walk in shower and toilet.Two large bedrooms with king size beds and the possibility to arrange in each room, two more single beds(see picture).They can be use by adults or childrens,we use same quality of mattress,an the lenght it's almost the same with the king size beds.The apartament it is situated in a residential area and so far it was always quietly.

Summary: The apartment in Sibiu is on the first floor of a house that has a basement apartment below it and a second story apartment above it. There is a narrow courtyard through the gate to the street with windows facing the courtyard, and there are windows from one bedroom facing the street. The inside of the apartment has been modernized very well— The owner has done a very good job. The kitchen is small, but contains a dishwasher, combo clothes washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. All basic cooking tools are provided as are salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee and filters. It’s a good set up, and we used it a lot. The bedrooms are large and the beds are nice— The best bed (memory foam) that we slept on in Romania. The bathrooms are also nice, though the bathroom off the kitchen did not have a sink (only shower and toilet), so the kitchen sink needed to stand in for that bathroom’s sink. Not a big deal, and really the only thing I think I would change. The apartment is furnished tastefully. The location is excellent. The main square is only several minutes walk as is a good grocery store, restaurants and other services. The Orthodox Church is directly across the street and is viewed from the second bedroom. Parking is possible on the street, and there are machines that parking permits are purchased from. The owner has left a nice booklet of suggested services, etc. for guest use. I would highly recommend this apartment, but... We are not smokers. If you smoke (this is a non-smoking apartment) then it may not matter to you that the current occupant of the downstairs apartment smokes a LOT. The smell permeates the apartment when the windows are open to let in the cool night air (which was needed because during summer it is warm). We found we could smell the odor even if the windows were closed. It’s too bad, but in all other ways this is a really terrific rental. The owner was great to work with— Responsive, friendly, and apologetic. We do not think we could stay there again, but that is just the opinion of one family. It could be completely different for someone else.

Summary: This unit was beautiful and looked like it had recent, very upscale renovations. We stayed over the Orthodox Palm Sunday weekend and loved hearing all the beautiful music coming from the orthodox church across the street. The location was excellent and easily walkable to everything. We were also pleasantly surprised with a wonderful selection of sweets left for us in the refrigerator. Hospitality was above and beyond anything we've ever experienced!

Summary: This is a clean, comfortable, well appointed, and conveniently located apartment. Beautiful interior, great bed, very spacious, and ideally situated for exploring the historic old town of Sibiu. Parking on the street can be difficult to find but you should be able to find something within easy walking distance. The apartment itself has everything you need - well stocked kitchen, coffee maker and coffee, tea, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, and a combo washer/dryer. Everything was spotless and worked great. It is right next to a church (as you can see in the pictures) so if you're there on the weekend, you'll hear bells at 8 a.m. and throughout the day. I found it charming and not too loud. Check in and out couldn't have been easier, with access codes and electronic key fobs provided. This is a great place with a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

Summary: We loved this apartment! Beautifully decorated and in an ideal location. We parked our car and didn't need it again while we were in Sibiu. The owner, Marius, was kind enough to meet us as we arrived to give us a quick tour and even saved a parking spot for us right in front of the apartment. Highly recommend this place!!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely amazing, very close to the city, very clean and modern. The owner Marius was absolutely amazing and accommodated all our needs. I would defiantly recommend this property to everyone. Just amazing. We can't wait to visit again... A+++ 5 Star for sure.....
