Immerse yourself in true Mediterranean island living. Nestled amongst olive and citrus trees Melita Villa sits a top a hill that offers front row seats (your balcony) to breathtaking sunsets and a full-on view of one of the most picturesque fishing villages you’ve ever seen.
Melitta Villa is a homey, split-level residence on a privately- owned estate and features 6 bedrooms (one of which has a separate entrance and can serve as an independent guest-room), a sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and an extra W.C.
The villa’s interior harmoniously interacts with the surrounding natural habitat of the entire estate. Each bedroom has its own special name and is tastefully and minimally decorated, equipped with lux mattresses and linen, plus ample closet space.
5 of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with all necessary amenities. The sixth bedroom features two single beds without an en-suite bathroom.

This gorgeous Luxury Villa is located in the area of Profitis Ilias, Perdika on the Island of Aegina; a below the radar Island that is home to some of the best pistachios in the world. What’s more, standing gloriously ‘above’ the island is the Temple of Aphaia (c. 500 BC). One of the Island’s best features is that it’s only a short ferry ride from Athens’s main port, Piraeus. An ideal solution if you want to experience a few days in Athens.
Getting to the Island is super easy. At an extra cost, we can arrange a direct transfer to the port of Piraeus, either straight from the airport or from your Athens accommodation. The ferry service runs almost all day but we can also arrange (extra cost) a private sea taxi for early morning or late evening arrivals to Athens.

Summary: Wonderful property, just as described. Hostess was very easy to work with and responded very promptly to all calls and questions. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on overall rating was because air conditioning was broken. It apparently couldn’t be fixed until part was delivered. It was a wonderful house and absolutely beautiful pool just a very very hot week with no AC relief.

Summary: The villa was spacious, with plenty of room for a family of 10. The outdoor area and pool were perfect for relaxing, and the views were spectacular. Vasso helped us arrange a couple of activities pre-stay, which turned out to be highlights of our trip. Eleni and Vasso were quickly responsive when we had questions and promptly resolved the minor issues we had. They were awesome hosts, and we highly recommend a stay here.

Summary: I cannot recommend Melitta villa more highly! The 180 degree views are spectacular as is the outside space including the beautiful infinity pool! Vasso was a wonderful host who was easily contactable & very responsive to messages. She met us at the property when we arrived & had kindly arranged a grocery shop which was all ready for us at the property. All in all a great set up for a family stay. Location was ideal- privacy at the villa yet easy walk into Perdika village. Only negative was to be mindful that the pool is not heated so at the time of our visit (early May) it was a bit chilly for our toddler.
