Negative: I booked 2 rooms, same price paid at the hotel but I was given only 1 room and refused other room. Because of the language barrier (they dont speak English) could not fight with them for refund or 2nd room. I just filed the complaint with booking.com to process refund for 2nd room price lets see what would they do now.
