Summary: The hotel overall and rooms were clean and in good condition. The staff were helpful and friendly. The tub is a bit high. There is a grab bar for getting in and out, but it may prove difficult for young kids or someone with knee issues. There is zero sound proofing on any of the windows. Even from my ninth floor room, I could clearly hear the traffic outside. The beds are VERY firm. The mini bar/ fridge in the room only got cool, not cold. There are also no ice machines, so you always need to call the front desk to request ice\
