Summary: Hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and extremely accommodating. My only complaint is do not get a Legacy garden suite if you want quiet. Our room baked up against a private club. The noise ie; music, kids running and playing in pool etc…was extreme. We could not enjoy the garden at all. It was beautiful but loud.

Summary: Our stay at the Country Hotel was very pleasant. We arrived very late at night and were greeted by Eduardo and Juan Carlos, who were very friendly and we really enjoyed their hospitality, exceptional! The reception girls need to improve their hospitality skills. A freindly greeting and a smile goes a long way. I had difficulty hearing them when they spoke, nor were they very helpful when asked to have details of our stay explained. They have something to learn from Eduardo and Juan Carlos. Anthony in the bar was also very pleasant and he made the best Pisco Sours! We will definitely return but please have a little chat with the reception on hospitality.

Summary: Don’t think I would choose this hotel again. It’s definitely a bit dated, which I expected- but I found the service surprisingly lacking- especially at the front desk. Lobby is pretty and our room was large- but the living room was very odd with tons of stairs and a sad vibe.

Summary: A truly lovely hotel and sadly I was rather unwell whilst I was there. I was VERY grateful that I was granted a later check out time which was very kind and gave me a little longer to rest before my long journey back to Scotland. Eduardo at concierge looked after me extremely well and my friends the Clarksons who were also in the hotel at the same time. We appreciated his valuable service. All in all this is a FANTASTIC hotel and it was delightful experience despite my illness.
