Summary: Good price, good location, small room, very clean.

Summary: Room was clean and everything was good. Can’t take the shuttle to airport as full of passengers. If you are expecting to take the shuttle bus probably book in advance. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Courteous and very polite receptionist. Room size tight for 2 people however it is tokyo so it is ok with us. There is a covered parta connecting the hotel to the restaurant next door, is is convenient during rain. It is a short walk ( around 4 minutes) from kesei-narita east gate. They offer a nice breakfast for guests that have time to stay for a large meal. The check out is fast and they have free coffee and free shuttle bus. I will stay here next time I am narita again.

Summary: Rooms can be fairly noisy. The in-suite refrigerator is loud if you turn it on and you can really hear people out in the hallway. Otherwise nice location and clean rooms.
