Summary: The breakfast buffet is plentiful. However the scrambled eggs and bacon is under cooked to American standards. The other only concern is that they do t supply a coffee maker in the room not sweeteners for the tea they do supply. Service is good and the room cleaners are great. Pool closes way to early 5 pm. And the bathtubs are hard to enter and exit due to height off of floor. Dated facility but worth the monies. Beware the hot water can scold you.

Summary: Everything was great from speedy, friendly from check in to check out. Room was clean, neat and well equipped. The only disappointment was the air conditioning: it took overnight to cool to make an appreciable difference. This probably reflects the Asian philosophy for AC of taking the edge off the heat and humidity instead of turning your room into a fridge. Still, I slept fine so I would still recommend this hotel.

Summary: Whenever I go to Japan, I always stay at this hotel at least once, which is either the day of arrival or the day before my departure. Wow, because I stayed here during the summer events, there was an outdoor BBQ dining that I actually missed! However, because having spacious room to relax was all I needed, I think the value that I paid fulfilled satisfaction along with decent breakfast buffet that they offer; my favorite facility, btw, bc I love the outdoor view and well-cleaned gardening art that they offer at dining area.

Summary: We had a traditional room which was pretty cool. We also traveled with our 2 kids and they even gave them kid-sized robes to wear. It is not near anything but was what we needed to get to the airport early the next morning. Shuttle to the airport was also super convenient and easy.

Summary: My one night stay is amazing. Super fast check in and helpful staff allow me to check in early . Room is great , clean and quiet even is just next to the lift . Breakfast is great with nice variety . Very convenient going to the nearby mall and station . Free shuttle make it better . All in super great one night stay . Highly recommended and price is pretty reasonable for such a nice hotel .

Summary: The staff was great and helpful so definitely no issues there! However, the room wasn’t as clean as we expected like all the other hotels we stayed at throughout Japan. The bathroom was the worst, but we luckily brought Clorox wipes with us and had to clean it. We only stayed 2 nights and we weren’t there during the day so it wasn’t too bad, but if we needed to be inside all day, I’m not too sure we would have chosen to stay that 2nd night.
