Summary: Great place for short stay over at Narita. The frequent airport shuttle bus is great for catching flights. The staffs services and helpfullness are the best among the 3 different hotels that we stayed in the Narita area over the last 3 years.

Summary: I give this hotel a 9/10. Pros: • Very useful amenities like a hairbrush and toothbrush. • All the room lights can be turned off from the bed. • Heated toilets seats. • Very good water pressure. • Extremely nice staff (though it could be due to the culture as well) • 24/7 mini mart Cons: • The air conditioner doesn’t make the room cold at the maximum setting. All in all when I visit Japan again, I’m definitely staying here again!
