Positive: Location was great, overlooking the port and beach, and within view of the station to get easily into Barcelona. The owner lives downstairs and was very helpful and friendly. He offered his phone number and said we could What’s App him for restaurant recommendations etc.

Positive: Rafael and Lis were wonderful. They were there to greet us and hand over the keys. Any questions we had they were there to help. The location is perfectly located with beachfront views and all amenities nearby. The property was clean, spacious and perfect for our stay.

Summary: Stay was perfect. Wonderful hosts with a great property perfectly located.

Positive: Excellent host, extremely friendly and helpful and full of local knowledge. The beds were very very comfortable. Really great view, walk to train 5 mins, very kind man, helped when my friend was very ill and let us stay a couple of hours extra and then gave us a lift to the airport. although on the third floor, the lovely owner Rafael carried up our suitcases. Thank you Saint Rafael :) we had a fabulous fabulous time. the front door opens onto the pavement on the flat, bus stop immediately outside the front door- excellent supermarket with instore freshly made Sushi- we saved a fortune buying fresh food from the very large supermarket located in the village. Never had strawberries like that in my life. Viva Espana !

Negative: Nothing if anyone wants to live like a local then this is the place. Super friendly people.

Positive: The location was conveniently located near the train. The neighborhood was very enjoyable. We walked around to the stone church and little markets. It felt safe and very welcoming. The apartment was breezy (so much so that you had to anchor the windows to keep them from slamming.) The train and street traffic was noisy but closing the porch doors kept the noise out adequately. The master bedroom was large and pleasantly furnished. The host Rafael responded to issues that needed addressing. The apartment access to the beach was easy and the beach was clean.

Negative: There could have been more detailed attention to cleanliness. There was the usual dust common to beach front homes, but also the kitchen sink and corners of the room needed attention. On our second day in the apartment the only shower sprang a leak that was running down into the apartment below ours. The host responded quickly by sending someone the next morning, but because of the weekend the host informed us that the leak would not be fixed until the following Monday. Due to this situation, we sought an alternative place to stay for the last two nights. We have requested reimbursement for the last two nights we did not stay in the apartment due to the leak but our host has not confirmed that we will be reimbursed.

Summary: The stay would had worked out except for the shower leak.
