Summary: We were in Barcelona for a medical conference. This location would be perfect for the Barcelona International Convention Center. Our conference was at the Fira Convention Center and this location was very far. Apartment: The apartment was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and enough linens. The kitchen was also well stocked although we did not cook. It would be nice if condiments were provided. There was excellent wifi and air conditioning in the rooms which we appreciated. The rooms were small but there was ample storage in the closets. The location is quiet and close to the beach. It is one of the modern new neighborhoods. It is relatively far from the major tourist attractions but easy to access via metro (8 minute walk; 20-30 minutes by metro). It was quite far from Fira (1 hour by metro) convention center. The property management was friendly and responsive. We appreciated that access to the apartment was by phone app so we didn't need keys. However, without data (or e-sim), the app does not work. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: We really enjoyed the two weeks we spent in this apartment in Barcelona. The location is excellent. It's a block from the beach and about two miles from the Gothic Quarter. There are several good casual restaurants in the neighborhood. The subway stop is also nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms are pretty small. They probably are good for one person but not for a couple. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but it can be challenging for more than two people to work in it at once. There is a lovely outdoor terrace that would be fantastic in warm weather. We did have some challenges with sufficient hot water for showering but the property management company sent someone promptly once we informed them of the issue.
