Negative: The accommodation is in Rojales. But the keys you have to collect in Torrevieja, which is about 20 kilometres from Rojales.

Positive: The apartment is nice, well-kept, fragrant in my favorite town.

Negative: The elevator did not work for the first 3 days and there is no door handle on the balcony from the outside, but this is a small matter considering the comfort of the apartment

Negative: Communication was poor: incorrect address listed, and they waited until after well after we arrived to send a message that the keys were in an entirely different town 12 miles away. Questions about WIFI and other items were completely ignored. The door to the balcony was rusted and didn't completely close. This is an apartment building filled with dog owners that don't care for their pets, loud barking echoed throughout the halls at all hours and the unit next door reeked of urine and feces.

Positive: The location was good because it was close to my son's apartment and we know the area

Negative: bread had to be held down in the toaster. suggest replacing this. The kitchen area could do to be lit up better. one of the lights in the main bedroom dropped and was hanging by the wires. we were not told how to return the keys and we inadvertantly left the in the door. we told the agent that we were sorry but would suggest that future guests should be informed of the danger of leaving the key inside the door.
