Summary: An amazing experience from start to finish and the perfect location in Tralee within walking distance to city centre. Bar service was great with reasonable prices and breakfast was one of the best we have had in Ireland as well. Definitely will be the only hotel we choose for future Tralee and Kerry trips.

Summary: This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of little nooks and cranny’s to sit quietly if you wish. The bar was busy and we ate there. The service was very good and the food, exceptional. Breakfast too was very good. Overall, a good experience but at a higher than necessary price. Also, there is no pool at this hotel and no pool next door, as suggested. You have access to a pool but that’s a five min drive away, so maybe they do not need to mention a pool at all. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Summary: We was staying for the first time and loved it. We will be going back there again. Staff was great and could not do enough for you as well as being friendly. The hot breakfast was cooked to order and served to your table. We had lunch there as well very nice hot and lovely staff.
