Positive: Breakfast was so good .Off menus ,as well as buffet.Theres no item for breakfast that was never not included .Cheese ,salami,yogurt ,fruit ,fresh squeezed orange juice .Best buffet ever.

Negative: Nothing not to like.Sandra covered every detail you could think of for a B&BHotel.

Summary: Location great,Sandra was super friendly and helpful.Room had everything you needed.Breakfast super!

Positive: Lovely hostess who couldn't be more friendly. The breakfast was fabulous and the room was very spacious and very comfortable. Will be back!

Negative: Nothing other than you need to have a car as it is out of Tralee.

Positive: The Brook Manor is a stylish, old-world atmosphere house. Warm and cozy, spotlessly clean place with very friendly and welcoming owners. My beautiful and spacious room exceeded my expectations. I really had a good rest there and in the morning, Sandra, the owner, made an excellent and delicious breakfast for me. They even had nice decaf coffee for me. I really enjoyed my stay at Brook Manor and I will definitely be back here in the future.

Positive: If possible, I would have rated our stay a stellar 10. The customer service extended by Sandra was exceptional!! She greeted us at the front door, escorted & reviewed our room with us, stopped by our breakfast table to discuss sites to see and then said goodbye again at the front door. In all our world travels we have never been so genuinely and graciously treated!! Lastly, the property is wonderfully maintained throughout and the breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely return!!

Positive: When checking in Sandra meet us and welcomed us to her home. Very inviting with a lounge with alcohol if you wanted. Room was spectacular and breakfast served by Betty was a true treat. Very well laid out and presented. Would highly recommend this lovely B&B.

Positive: Brook Manor Lodge exceeded all our expectations! Everything went well, we had a beautiful room, delicious breakfast and a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent. Only thing we regretted was that we only stayed for one night, hopefully we can come back in the future.
