Summary: We had quiet night, slept well, room was clean and staff was helpful! Great location for Cornell or Ithaca colleges.

Summary: It’s a very old property. Carpets are old and smelling, curtains and bedsheets were okay okay. Given the hotel charges I think it’s not a good value for money. Hotel requires renovation.

Summary: Place was clean but very run down. Rugs dirty, tub all rusty., mattresses could have been a better quality. Ok for one night but if I could have found another room even for double the price I would have switch places.

Overall, the place could use a bit of updating, especially the bedspread, but the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the price was very reasonable. The included breakfast was decent.
