Positive: Nice hotel with big rooms. Friendly staff and the cheapest laundry service in Laos.

Negative: They didn't restock water, toilet paper, or instant coffee in the 5 nights we were there.

Positive: The hotel is quiet and clean, might not be the best but compared to others in the city it’s not that bad despite all the reviews lately that makes me hesitate a bit before arrive. All the staff really helpful and friendly, only 2 can speak english but everyone try their best to help me sort out my next travel plan too. The location is not too far only 5m walk from night market, light exercise every afternoon to get some local food and only 10m walk from main market to get breakfast. The room is simple and has a nice aroma inside really relaxing. The rooftop pretty cool with 360 views. I would recommend this place for sure.

Negative: The room a little weird and some paint is stained but they have told me that they just came back from renovation so is it exceptional

Positive: I highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed here on 2 separate occasions. Staff very friendly , rooms are big , comfortable and good A/C. Good value for money. The staff helped me book onwards travel and also excellent laundry service.

Positive: The room was modern and comfortable. You have a nice view on the mountains.

Negative: The staff doesn't speak English at all. They put you through on the phone so you can speak to the manager. Paying by card was not possible, which is rather strange for a modern hotel. Moreover, the room was not clean at all: we found cigarette butts and dirt on the floor when we first entered the bathroom. In general, the whole place gives a rather soulless and awkward vibe. If you really want to support the local community and have a more authentic experience, opt for one of the guest houses on the main road instead.

Positive: Clean large room with good WIFI, shower and close to attractions, restaurants, mini mart and ATM. The room is bigger than indicated on Booking.com and this was appreciated. English is spoken by one of the staff members and both onward travel and tours can be arranged through the hotel. The hotel is located in an area that's quiet at night and has excellent views from the rooftop. The staff are very helpful, friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Negative: Bus tickets are more expensive than booking at the bus station and a service fee is applicable. The room is a little sparsely furnished, a drying rack and storage furniture / bedside table would make the room perfect.
