Positive: The house is fully equipped with all in running condition. The owner is very kind n thoughtful as he even provided mineral water, juices, instant noodles, coffee, teabags n all. The location is very near to Hosp IPPT USM where I hv to do my medical treatment. Restaurants n supermarkets are just walking distance. Highly recommended n I will definitely stay here again !!!

Negative: Maybe the cleaner did not clean the bathroom thoroughly. Other than that, its all perfect.
