Positive: Very clean room, decorated beautiful and felt like such a nice home from home sleep, not like a big hotel. The bathroom is stunning.
Negative: No coffee in the morning. I think it was just an oversight, or I just didn't find it, I was leaving to early 5.30 am, to ask anyone about. So not really a true reflection.

Positive: Beautiful place, quiet and dam right at the bottom of the drive
Negative: Quite far our the way, definitely need a car. I made a genuine mistake, booked the wrong day (same day instead of next day) and was told that I had to pay an extra $40 for no apparent reason when I asked to move it. Both rooms in property were vacant the next day. If we cancelled, then we would have lost half the up front payment. Not really a fair position, so bit disappointing.

Positive: Lovely welcome from Eileen. Very comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom facilities, everything spotlessly clean and an unexpected breakfast room with fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster - as well as kettle, tea, coffee in room. I had a very relaxing overnight stay and will happily recommend. Great walks in McLaren Park across the road too.
Negative: Genuinely nil to improve, Eileen has thought of everything.
