Positive: Incredibly convenient for any departure/arrival at the North Sydney terminal. Charming location and very clean. And a welcome and very friendly proprietor. Highly recommended.

Positive: Location and simplicity - no frills! Good bed, frig & micro wave!

Negative: Black mold growing in bathroom window; despite updated paint and carpeting, this mold is real and the AC is inadequate to dehumidify. Don’t stay here if allergies trouble you!

Positive: That I was able to book one night on a busy weekend when other places required two night stays.

Negative: It was pretty far from my daughter’s house but the ride through the countryside was wonderful.

Positive: It was a small nice family owned business. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. We had no control on the heat, but when we asked the owner to turn it up they very nicely complied, also provided an extra blanket. Our room had been renovated and was nicely done although the bedspreads smelled a little like mildew. Great internet and tv reception. There was no coffee maker in the room,but was available in the office.

Negative: Some Damprid packets hung or Fabreeze Odor Remover sprayed when cleaning might improve the smell.

Summary: Convenient small private owned motel. Very comfy and quiet.
