Positive: Nice big house with lots of space to relax, easily accommodated our two family group.
Negative: The house rule signs were overkill. They were intimidating on every wall, basically saying the neighbours are watching and the owners drive by. The games room was cool, but we were scared to touch anything and couldn't see in the evening due to lightbulbs being removed. I understand it is your house you love, but if you're going to put it up for others to enjoy, you have to let them enjoy it. A note on the front of the plastic pocket book saying please read would be nicer than the giant school rules everywhere.

Negative: I get the need for house rules. But having them on every wall and appliance was a bit over the top.
