Positive: Pros; The home is beautiful! Nicely decorated. We were provided with laundry and dish detergent & cleaning products. Huge Sub- zero refrigerator. We enjoyed the pool and went fishing in the lake. Spacious Master bedroom with huge walk-in closet. Furniture is comfortable.

Negative: The cons; One t.v. in the entire house. Multiple wasp nets around the porch and windows. Spiders were terrible. Extermination needs to happen immediately! Also, It gets very dark and with the house being set back in the woods there needs to be lights by the entrance gate and while driving along the lake. Also, the road leading up to the house is VERY narrow and unsafe. A simple wooded bridge to drive along the lake would widen that area. The space to drive up to the house is barely a car width. You have water on both sides and one false move to the right or left and you'll end up in the lake. We were nervous driving along that pathway. One last note.. I book rental properties at least twice a year and I have never had an owner to come to the home day after day after day!!!! I contacted management about the lights not coming on at night but that was the only time I had an issue. I felt like we were being checked out or watched by the owner which made the trip uncomfortable. He arrived two days in a row and we had to move our cars so that he could drive around back for whatever reason, being that this is a secluded private property that shouldn't have even happened!! It was weird and uncomfortable and owner interaction needs improvement! Otherwise, the property itself is wonderful and worth the price. I would DEFINITELY book again if a few safety issues are corrected.

Positive: There's so much I can say about what we like. The point of contact and her husband are just the sweetest people! We got to use the pool, and it was amazing! We love the seclusion and still being close enough for food deliveries. The entire house is well stocked with everything you need to feel at home, plus more! Each time we stay, we never want to leave!

Negative: The beds were pretty uncomfortable. We bought a mattress topper to help. But other than that, we can't really say there's anything else.

Positive: This was our second time staying here and can't wait to go back! Love the location, the house, the pond, AMAZING fishing. Love the privacy and still close to town! Maintenance man and point of contact, Kathy, are so nice and great to work with! The house is well stocked with linens and a fully equipped kitchen. Truly our home away from home!

Negative: Not much to say here other than the beds. They are extremely firm mattresses and made it very hard to sleep. We ended up getting a mattress topper to help soften it up, but wasn't easy. Also, bedrooms could use a TV, but that's just a minor thing.
