Positive: Great value for money. Our stay in Cairo was brief so this location was great for seeing the pyramids and visiting the GEM. The pool was a wonderful reprieve after a hot morning sightseeing. Super friendly staff and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!!

Positive: The property was stunning, looked brand new, from the reception area through to the rooms and restaurant everything was impeccable. The breakfast was beautiful! So much choice! And the evening restaurant serves a variety of different meals. The staff are helpful and kind! The location is great.

Negative: It’s quite a noisy area (no fault of the hotel) so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs.

Positive: Modern clean good air con. Big comfortable room, just like images. Really liked the restaurant - lots of choice, good quality and great view. Restaurant staff were great and very welcoming, especially Hosam. Perfect location for pyramids. Great breakfast with loads of choice. We enjoyed seeing Cairo life and traffic on the main road (and sleep was fine with earplugs.)

Negative: Only one coffee machine at breakfast. So sometimes could be a wait when it's busy.

Positive: The most disappointing part of our stay was the internet not working and the television as well. We came here to relax so we were looking forward to staying in. The location is not so great, not much to do around the hotel. Also, our room was located under the kitchen so it was a bit noisy. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly even though they couldn’t resolve the television and WiFi issue. Tip: Don’t use their laundry service, way too expensive. Go to a local laundry service and you’ll pay a fraction of the price.

Negative: Expensive laundry service, terrible WiFi and television apps don’t work.

Positive: Great staff Felt very safe Great Food Room was newly refurbished Amazing view of pyramids

Negative: Quite remote - nothing much around the hotel Noisy at night - traffic and cars kept me up quite a bit. Sitting area at pool is also right beside rooms meaning that if people are having drinks at night, they’re right outside your window.

Positive: The staff are very helpful and the restaurant on top got great choices for lunch and dinner that are of good quality. The facilities are also new and well kept.

Negative: The neighborhood is a bit noisy but nothing too bad. And the location is a bit far off from most things unless, like me, you're only making this choice for its proximity to Saqqara.

Positive: The room was looking good and looks cool in my opinion, super clean and modern. Perfect for day trip to Cairo ore pyramids. The service of the staff was super good. Selma from the reception helped us super well, she is the best! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they will help you and give their support. Aswel location of the hotel is super ideal with a beautiful view of the pyramids.
