Positive: We liked everything about the B&B from the location, comfort of the property and a excellent breakfast. The host was really friendly and nothing was to much trouble, the view from the apartment was great and the bed was really comfortable.

Positive: Stayed in early October. I will remember for a long time the stunning view, looking across the Peak District from the window in the lounge at the top of the stairs. A very tasty breakfast brought to us each morning, which can be eaten sitting at the table in the kitchen. A lovely relaxing start to our day. A good size bathroom with a bath is a must, when we look for accomodaton, and here it got a big tick. The apartment was cosy and warm, the bed very comfy and we got a 10 hour sleep both nights. Eyam is a quiet quaint English village, full of history. Short walk to a nice courtyard with gift shop and Bistro for an evening drink and there is a little gem of a pub at opposite end of Eyam, serving amazing meals. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and local villages, we walked miles; with many places of interest a short drive away. Pictures are of the view from lounge window, driving through Chatsworth estate and on the walking trail from Matlock to Matlock Bath, with cable cars taken from High Tor.

Negative: Everything was perfect.

Summary: First class accomodaton in a perfect locaton for visiting this area of the Peak Dstrict.

Positive: Great communication with Felicity and very friendly welcome. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and a lovely layout. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Super breakfast from Felicity and nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful stay 😊
