Summary: Very nice place , nice people clean room. exactly the same as pictures they advertised on website. Great customer service and Polite receptionist . Specially Omar and mehmet Been really helpful and they communicate English very well. Amine was really nice too. Amenities around was good. Easy to go to metro and taksi always available around hotel. The only negative was something bite my daughter so badly in last couple of days stay.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect — just a short walk from a large shopping mall, which made dining, shopping, and even catching a movie incredibly convenient. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The reception lady, Su, was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a warm smile every time I passed by and was always ready to help with any questions I had. Her professionalism, kindness, and local recommendations really added a personal touch to my stay.
