Positive: Located close to Esenler Otogari it is an excellent choice if you travel by bus to/from Istanbul. Close to metro station. Prompt communication, spacious room, clean, comfortable beds, very good breakfast.

Positive: The breakfast options were a little strange for what I'm used to but everything was delicious. There was quite a bit of variety, just not many Western breakfast options. The staff in the kitchen and the dining room were excellent, very responsive to any needs.

Negative: Hotel may be close to the bus station as the crow flies, but trying to walk there was a nightmare. I would not recommend doing that and trying to pull a rolly bag. May be warn the guests about calls to prayer if they are obviously not locals. The bedding was absolutely mental, just a bottom sheet and a blanket on top, no top sheet. No duvet or duvet cover. Linen was scratchy on bare skin and pillows were minimal, a little flat and small.

Summary: Not as close to the bus station as described unless you're a bird.

Negative: The room and the bathroom need refreshments. The room was from the road side and was very loud during the day and night
